WTK - Steaks

The inaugural test in the Waldin Test Kitchen (WTK) was a success in my humble, unbiased opinion. I couldn't refrain, I graphed the results and it was a good thing as there was a reporting error. The correct analysis of your rank order is:
1. Lobel's ($70/lb)
2. Dittmer's ($25/lb)
3. Mollie Stones ($10/lb)
4. Costco ($7/lb)

We're all worthy of the finest - our palettes can taste the difference!!! However, all tasters felt the difference wasn't enough to justify the 10x cost difference. All the steaks were yummy so I'll still be dining on Costco ribeyes and saving Lobel's for special occasions.

Thanks everyone for making our first taste test so delicious and fun. We might have to redo the oyster tasting since we simply enjoyed them with all the yummy accompaniments.
